摘要

目的　观察以针刺风池穴为主治疗椎动脉型颈椎病眩晕的临床疗效。方法　设针灸加药物治疗组与单用药物组进行对照观察。结果　治疗组治愈率为 38 16 %

好转率为 6 0 5 3%

无效率为 1 31% ;对照组治愈率为 2 1 4 3%

好转率为 71 4 3%

无效率为 7 14 %。统计学处理有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　以针刺风池穴为主治疗椎动脉型颈椎病眩晕疗效肯定。

Abstract

Objective The curative effect of needling mainly Fengchi （GB20） point for treating dizziness caused by vertebral arterial type of cervical spondylosis （VATCS） was observed. Method To compare the treatment group using acupuncture and drugs with the control group using drugs only. Result In the treatment group the cure rate was 38.16%

improved rate

60.53%

inefficacious rate

1.31%. In the control group the cure rate was 21.43%

improved rate

71.43%

inefficacious rate

7.14%. The data dealt with statistics showed significant difference （P<0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of needling mainly Fengchi （GB20） point on treating dizziness caused by VATCS is approved and worth to be spread in clinic.
