摘要

目的

观察耳穴压豆配合治疗对干眼患者临床客观指标的影响。

方法

将120例轻、中度干眼患者随机分为治疗组60例、对照组60例。对照组予0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上，予王不留行籽耳穴压豆。观察泪膜破裂时间(break-up time of tears，BUT)、角膜荧光染色(fluoresce staining，FL)评分、泪液分泌量(schirmer I test，SIT)、泪河高度(tear meniscus height，TMH)。

结果

2组治疗后BUT值较本组治疗前增高，FL值较本组治疗前降低，差异均有统计学意义(

0.05)，治疗组BUT较对照组增高明显，FL值较对照组降低明显，治疗前后差值比较，差异有统计学意义(

0.05)，治疗组优于对照组。治疗后治疗组SIT、TMH值较本组治疗前均增高，差异均有统计学意义(

0.05)。

结论

耳穴压豆配合治疗可改善干眼患者FL状况，增加SIT、BUT及TMH。

Abstract

Objective

To observe the effect of auricular point pressing combined with beans for the dry eyes.

Methods

One hundred and twenty cases with mild and moderate dry eyes were included and randomly divided into the treatment group (

=60) and the control group(

=60). The control group received 0.1% Sodium hyaluronate eye drops while the treatment group received auricular pressure

beans in addition to the treatment of the control group. Fluoresce staining(FL)

schirmer I test (SIT)

break-up time of tears(BUT) and tear meniscus height(TMH) were observed.

Results

The BUT values were significantly higher after treatment than before treatment in both groups

and the FL values were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment in both groups (

0.05). BUT value was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group

and FL value was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group (

0.05)

better in the treatment group than in the control group. SIT and TMH values in the treatment group were higher after treatment than before treatment

and the differences were statistically significant(

0.05).

Conclusions

Auricular point pressing combined with beans can improve FL status of patients with dry eyes

increase SIT

BUT and TMH.
