摘要

目的

观察泄毒生新外治法治疗溃疡型淋巴结结核的临床疗效。

方法

将60例溃疡型淋巴结结核患者随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例。剔除脱落病例后治疗组30例、对照组26例。治疗组在常规治疗基础上予复方五凤草液治疗，对照组在常规治疗基础上予Ⅱ号丹治疗。观察2组临床疗效、临床体征积分、创面愈合率、创面腐去时间、换药疼痛强度。

结果

2组临床疗效比较，治疗组30例中，治愈14例，好转14例，无效2例，总有效28例，总有效率为93.3%；对照组26例中，治愈11例，好转13例，无效2例，总有效24例，总有效率为92.3%。经秩和检验，

0.05，说明治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组临床体征积分比较，治疗组临床体征积分改善比对照组明显，差异具有统计学意义(

0.01)。2组创面愈合率比较，治疗组愈合率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(

0.01)。2组创面腐去时间比较，对照组创面腐去时间比治疗组短，差异具有统计学意义(

0.05)。2组换药疼痛强度比较，治疗组换药疼痛强度明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(

0.05)。

结论

泄毒生新外治法治疗溃疡型淋巴结结核有良好的临床疗效。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the clinical efficacy of toxin-discarding and tissue-regenerating method for ulcerative lymph node tuberculosis.

Methods

Sixty patients with ulcerative lymph node tuberculosis were randomly assigned to the treatment group (

=30) and the control group (

=30). There were 30 cases in the treatment group and 26 cases in the control group

with the withdrawal or drop-outs excluded. The treatment group was treated with compound Wufengcao Liquid in addition to the conventional treatment

and the control group was treated with No.Ⅱ Dan on the basis of the conventional treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups

Results

In terms of the clinical efficacy

of the 30 cases in the treatment group

14 cases were cured

14 cases improved

2 cases were ineffective

with a total effective rate of 93.3%; of the 26 cases in the control group

11 cases were cured and 13 cases improved

2 cases were ineffective

with a total effective rate of 92.3%. After rank sum test

it indicates that the efficacy was higher in the treatment group than in the control group. As for the scores of TCM syndromes

in the two groups

the scores of TCM syndromes improved more in the treatment group than in the control group

the time of wound decay was shorter in the control group than in the treatment group

and the difference was statistically significant (

the pain intensity of dressing change was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group

and the difference was statistically significant (

0.05).

Conclusions

The toxin-discarding and tissue-regenerating method has good clinical effects in the treatment of ulcerative lymph node tuberculosis.
