摘要

本文从肝脾相关角度对急性湿疹的病机进行简要分析，并探讨肝脾同调法在急性湿疹内治中的应用。生理上，肝脾二脏在运化水谷、调畅气机、血液运行等方面相互依存；病理上，两者基于五行生克理论而有复杂的传变关系。急性湿疹的病理要素包含风、湿、热等，皆与肝脾失调有密切关系。在急性湿疹的治疗中，应把握肝脾所伤为何，明辨风湿热偏重，兼顾治疗肝脾失调之本与清实邪内蕴之标。

Abstract

This paper briefly analyzes the disease mechanism of acute eczema from the view of the relationship between the liver and spleen

and discusses the application of the therapy of regulating the liver and spleen in the internal treatment of acute eczema.Physiologically

the liver and spleen depend on each other in transporting and transforming water and food

regulating qi movements and blood circulation; pathologically

the two have a complex transmission relationship based on the theory of five elements and generating and controlling.The pathological elements of acute eczema include wind

dampness

heat and so on

which are closely related to the disorder of the liver and spleen.In the treatment of acute eczema

we should grasp the causes of the liver and spleen injuries

distinguish wind

dampness and heat

treat both the disorder of the liver and spleen and clearaway the excessive pathogenic factors.
