摘要

胃食管反流性咳嗽是呼吸系统常见病，是胃食管反流病的一种特殊类型，属中医学“胃咳”范畴。王书臣教授认为脾胃气机升降失常为本病的关键病机，肝失疏泄是其诱发因素，故治疗以调畅脾胃气机为关键，选用半夏泻心汤为基础方，常配伍大量理气药，经治多例患者，均取良好疗效，为临床治疗胃食管返流性咳嗽提供了思路。

Abstract

Gastroesophageal reflux cough is a common disease of the respiratory system and a special type of the gastroesophageal reflux disease

which belongs to the category of "gastric cough" in traditional Chinese medicine. Prof.Wang Shuchen takes the disordered spleen and stomach qi activities as the key pathogenesis for this disease

and unsmooth flow of the liver as a trigger. For this reason

key to treatment lies in the regulation of the spleen and stomach qi activities.

Banxia Xiexin

Decoction is used as a basic prescription

in combination with qi-regulating medicinals. Many such patients have been treated this way

all with good effects. This has offered a train of thought for clinical treatment of gastroesophageal reflux cough.
