摘要

高效抗反转录病毒治疗是目前公认的治疗艾滋病行之有效的方法，但仍有部分患者治疗后出现免疫重建不良的情况，这类患者发生机会性感染甚至死亡的概率远远高于免疫良好的患者。目前对于免疫重建不良的内在机制研究尚不明确，而中医药对免疫重建的研究发现，脾肾与艾滋病免疫调节关系密切，为艾滋病免疫重建不良的临床治疗和科学研究提供了新思路、新方法。因此，本研究系统梳理和总结中医药从脾肾入手，治疗艾滋病免疫重建不良的思路与方法，为进一步的机制研究和临床治疗提供借鉴。

Abstract

The highly effective antiretroviral therapy(HAART) is currently recognized as an effective method for the treatment of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS)

but there are still some patients with poor immune reconstitution after HAART. The incidence of opportunistic infection and even death is higher in such patients than in patients with good immunity. The traditional Chinese medicine studies on immune reconstruction have found a close relationship between the spleen and kidney and AIDS immune regulation

which provides new ideas and methods for clinical treatment and scientific research of AIDS immune reconstruction. Therefore

a systematic review and summary of the ideas and methods of TCM starting from the spleen and kidney to treat poor immune reconstitution of AIDS can provide a reference for subsequent mechanism research and clinical treatment.
