摘要

肠易激综合征是消化系统最常见的功能性疾病，主要以腹痛及伴有排便习惯改变为特征。可运用六经辨证治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征，三阳经辨证多以太阳阳明合病、太阳少阳合病或少阳病及阳明经证为多见，临床多以葛根汤、柴胡桂枝干姜汤、小柴胡汤、葛根芩连汤等加减治疗。三阴经辨证中太阴、少阴、厥阴病均常见，临床多用理中汤、四逆散、乌梅丸或泻心汤类方。结合临床病案介绍六经辨证在腹泻型肠易激综合征中的应用。

Abstract

Irritable bowel syndrome is the most common functional disease of the digestive system

mainly characterized by abdominal pain and accompanied by changes in bowel habits. The diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome can be treated by six meridians syndrome differentiation. The syndrome differentiation of three yang meridians mostly focuses on

diseases are common in the syndrome differentiation of the three yin meridians.

Decoction are usually used clinically. Combined with clinical medical records

this paper introduces the application of six meridians syndrome differentiation in the diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.
