摘要

目的

分析中医体质与宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染的相关性。

方法

将203例行HR-HPV筛查的患者，按是否HR-HPV感染分为HR-HPV感染阴性组103例、HR-HPV感染阳性组100例。收集2组患者年龄、体重指数、学历、婚姻状况等基本信息。采用单因素Logistic回归分析确定与HR-HPV感染相关的因素，将单因素Logistic分析中

0.05的变量纳入多因素Logistic回归分析，确定与HR-HPV感染相关的独立危险因素。

结果

年龄、学历、婚姻状况、一周内抽烟超过10支、避孕套的使用、怀孕次数、人工流产次数、性伴侣数、初次性生活年龄、中医体质分布指标在2组间差异有统计学意义(

0.05)。年龄、一周吸烟超过10支、怀孕次数、人工流产次数、性伴侣数、中医体质中的阳虚质、痰湿质、血瘀质、特禀质、气郁质与是否HR-HPV感染呈正相关(

0.05)；学历、一周饮酒超过50 mL、未婚与是否HR-HPV感染呈负相关(

0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示，与平和质相比，痰湿质、血瘀质和特禀质是HR-HPV感染的独立危险因素。

结论

中医体质与HR-HPV感染的发生存在相关性。

Abstract

Objective

The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between TCM constitutions and cervical high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) infection.

Methods

203 patients who were routinely screened for HR-HPV were divided into the HR-HPV infection negative group (103 patients) and the HR-HPV infection positive group (100 patients) based on whether they were infected by the virus or not. Basic information such as age

body mass index

education

and marital status were collected from the 2 groups of patients. Univariate logistic regression was used to identify the factors associated with HR-HPV infection. Those with

0.05 were included in the multivariate logistic regression to determine the independent risk factors associated with HR-HPV infection.

and TCM constitution distribution indexes were the factors that showed statistically significant differences between the 2 groups (

and qi-stagnation type of TCM body constitutions were positively correlated with the presence of HR-HPV infection (

and being unmarried were negatively correlated with whether HR-HPV infection was present (

0.05). The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the constitutions of the phlegm-dampness

blood-stasis and inherited-special types were independent risk factors for HR-HPV infection compared with the balance constitution.

Conclusions

There is a correlation between TCM constitutions and the occurrence of HR-HPV infection.
