摘要

遗尿是指5岁以上的小儿较长时间于睡中小便自遗、醒后方觉的一种病症。王素梅教授基于多年临床经验，认为本病病位在肾与膀胱，与肝关系密切，“肝常有余”是遗尿肝郁化热的病机基础，提出本病应从肝论治，以清泻肝胆实火为主，补肾固涩、缩尿止遗为辅。同时，需注重家庭护理干预治疗。

Abstract

Enuresis is defined as urinary incontinence during sleep in a child at least five years of age. Based on her decades of clinical experience

Professor Wang Sumei believes that the disease is located in the kidney and bladder

but fundamentally it is closely related to the liver. As TCM theories suggest

"the liver is often in superabundance"

which is the pathogenesis basis of liver qi stagnation transforming into heat

leading eventually to enuresis. She puts forward that the treatment should start from the liver

with clearing the fire and purging the excess in the liver and gallbladder as the primary method

supplemented by tonifying the kidney and securing and astringing

reducing urination and arresting enuresis. In addition

parents should pay attention to intervention and conditioning at home.
