摘要

变应性鼻炎是机体暴露于变应原后主要由免疫球蛋白E介导的鼻黏膜非感染性慢性炎性疾病，其典型临床特征为阵发性喷嚏、清水样涕、鼻痒和鼻塞。该病属中医“鼻鼽”的范畴。从自然环境因素、生存环境因素、季节因素、外邪致病因素和伏邪致病因素等方面探讨秋季鼻鼽的发病特点，为中医临床辨治鼻鼽提供参考。

Abstract

Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a noninfectious chronic inflammatory disease of nasal mucosa mainly mediated by immunoglobulin E exposed to allergens. Its typical clinical features are as follows: paroxysmal sneezing

stuffy nose

rhinocnesmus and nasal obstruction. It is named as

Biqiu

in traditional Chinese medicine and it falls into the category of otorhinolaryngology. The pathogenic characteristics of AR in autumn were discussed from the aspects of natural environmental factors

living environmental factors

seasonal factors

exogenous pathogenic factors and latent pathogenic factors. Combined with these discussions

it attempts to provide clinical references for prevention and treatment for AR based on syndrome differentiation.
