摘要

类固醇激素反应性慢性淋巴细胞性炎症伴脑桥血管周围强化症(CLIPPERS)是一种发生在脑桥、中脑及小脑血管周围，主要表现为淋巴细胞浸润，以类固醇激素治疗有效的慢性炎性疾病，临床较为罕见，国内外治疗以激素冲击疗法为主。以调心安神、补气养血、化痰通络为法，运用调心安神针法结合激素治疗CLIPPERS 1例，取得满意疗效，为中医治疗该病提供思路。

Abstract

Chronic lymphocytic inflammation with pontine perivascular enhancement responsive to steroids (CLIPPERS) is a chronic inflammatory disease occurring in the cerebral bridge

midbrain and perivascular cerebellum

characterized by lymphocytic infiltration

and treated effectively with the steroid hormone therapy

which is rare clinically and treated mainly with the hormone shock therapy at home and abroad. We used the method of tonifying the heart and tranquilizing the mind

nourishing the blood

transforming phlegm and unblocking collaterals

and used the heart-regulating and mind-tranquilizing acupuncture method combined with the hormone therapy to treat one case with CLIPPERS

which achieved satisfactory results and provided ideas for the treatment of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine.
