摘要

女性更年期综合征又称经断前后诸证，是指妇女在绝经期前后，出现一系列与绝经有关的症状。韩学杰认为女性更年期发病的始动因素在于肾气不足、天癸渐衰，由此所致的脏腑阴阳失衡、气血失常是该病发生的关键病机，进一步发展出现以肝、心、脾、肺等脏腑功能失常为主的临床表现。临证遵循“阴阳失衡，气血失常”病因病机观，“肾虚为本，五脏同病”疾病证治观以及“调肝解郁，佐以意疗”增效防复观。

Abstract

Climacteric syndrome is also known as menopausal symptoms

which refers to a series of symptoms before and after menopause. Prof. Han Xuejie believes that the onset of menopause is driven by the deficiency of kidney qi and the gradual exhaustion of



n gǔi

(reproduction-stimulating essence)

resulting in the imbalance of yin and yang of the viscera

as well as qi and blood irregularities

which are the key pathogenesis of the disease

and further based on clinical manifestations including dysfunction of the liver

heart

spleen

lung and other viscera. The clinical treatment follows the etiology and pathogenesis view of "imbalance of yin and yang

and irregularities of qi and blood"

the disease syndrome treatment view of "concurrent disorder of the five viscera with kidney deficiency as the root" and the efficacy improvement and relapse prevention view of "regulating the liver and resolve constraint

enhanced by TCM psychotherapy" .
