摘要

“二阳致病”理论是国医大师柴嵩岩从事临床诊疗60余年的经验总结，对指导抗精神病药物所致闭经的诊疗有着重要意义，柴老强调从阳明病变认识月经的生理和病理特点，提出“浊热蕴结阳明”的新见解。本文对此进行归纳总结，希望能为抗精神病药所致闭经的中医临床辨治提供新的治疗思路。

èr yáng zhì bìng

)" is an ingenious academic viewpoint created by Professor Chai Songyan

laureate of the title "National Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine"

who has been engaged in clinical diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases for more than 60 years. It is of great significance for the treatment of amenorrhea caused by antipsychotic drugs. This paper

by summarizing Prof. Chai’s academic thoughts

aims to provide a new perspective for the TCM treatment of amenorrhea caused by antipsychotics.
