摘要

糖尿病周围神经病理性疼痛(diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain

DPNP)是糖尿病常见的并发症之一，目前针对DPNP的传统治疗仍以对症止痛、抗抑郁为主，而中医药治疗该病有优势。本文结合DPNP的临床特点，应用六经辨证理论探讨其病情演变及病证特点，并分为邪入太阴、阳经余邪，太阴厥阴合病，太阴少阴合病和少阴厥阴合病四型论治，同时提出对应的治法及未病先防理念，为DPNP提供了一种新的治疗思路。

Abstract

Diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain (DPNP) is one of the common complications of diabetes. At present

the conventional treatment for DPNP still focuses on relieving pain and depression. Traditional Chinese medicine has some advantages in treating this disease. Combining the clinical characteristics of DPNP

this study adopts the six meridians dialectical theory to explore the progression and pattern characteristics of DPNP

and divides it into four types: evil entering the

taiyin

meridians and remaining in the yang meridians

evil entering the

taiyin

and

jueyin

meridians

evil entering the

taiyin

and

shaoyin

meridians

and evil entering the

shaoyin

and

jueyin

meridians. Corresponding treatment method and the concept of prevention before disease are also put forward

so as to provide a new perspective for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain.
