摘要

达原饮是温病名家吴又可的代表方剂，对膜原性发热疾病具有极大的指导意义。从六维辨证观的角度对达原饮治疗发热性疾病的病期、病所、病势、病因、病性、病理等方面进行探讨，同时结合临床病例予以介绍，为临床应用达原饮治疗发热性疾病提供一定的启示。

Abstract

As a representative prescription of WU Youke

a famous physician specializing in warm diseases in the history of TCM

Dayuan Decoction has great guiding significance for membranous febrile diseases. This paper investigates six factors critical for syndrome differentiation

including the disease stage

disease location

disease tendency

etiology

disease nature and pathology of febrile diseases treated by Dayuan Decoction with the attempt to cast some light on the clinical application of the formula in the treatment of febrile diseases. Several clinical cases are also presented in this study.
