摘要

腰源性腹痛(LAP)多见以腹痛为主症和痛感所引起的情绪反应，常因忽视腰部症状及相关查体，与内科疾病混淆，从而容易误诊。采用林氏正骨推拿手法治疗LAP患者1例，并进行文献回顾。共检索文献104篇，剔除重复文献，审阅文献题目、摘要和全文后，排除不符合标准文献，最终纳入9篇文献，共计296例患者，其中32例误诊病例。提取患者基本资料、临床特征、查体及体检特征、治疗方案等信息，进行汇总及描述性统计分析。从腰椎与腹部疼痛相关性的发病机制、LAP临床表现及鉴别诊断分别进行阐述。

Abstract

Lumbar abdominal pain (LAP) is often seen with pain in the abdomen as the main syndrome accompanied by emotional response caused by the pain. It is easily confused with internal diseases due to neglection of lumbar symptoms and physical examinations. This paper presents one LAP case treated with Lin’s Bonesetting and Tuina Techniques together with a review of related literature. A total of 104 articles were retrieved. Then repetitive studies and

with a total of 296 patients
