摘要

复发性流产指与同一性伴侣连续发生3次及3次以上的自然流产。属中医“滑胎”的范畴，又称“屡孕屡堕”或“数堕胎”。肖承悰教授认为滑胎主要与肾虚、冲任不固有关。固肾安胎为肖教授治疗滑胎的重要方法，自创经验方固肾安胎饮。临床中她重视肾主生殖及肾为冲任之本，形成了一套较完整的序贯方案，即孕前干预、孕即安胎，未病先防、预培其损，并将疏肝解郁贯穿治疗始终。结合临床病案对肖教授防治滑胎的诊疗思路及用药经验进行介绍。

Abstract

Recurrent spontaneous abortion refers to 3 or more consecutive spontaneous miscarriages with the same sexual partner. It belongs to "habitual miscarriages" in traditional Chinese medicine

and is also known as "repeated pregnancies and miscarriages" or "recurrent abortions" . Professor Xiao Chengzong believes that habitual miscarriages are mainly associated with deficiency of the kidney and unconsolidation of the Thoroughfare Vessel and Conception Meridian. Reinforcing the kidney to prevent miscarriages is an important method that Professor Xiao uses to treat habitual miscarriages. In addition

Professor Xiao created an empirical formula

i.e.

Gushen Antai Beverage(固肾安胎饮). In clinical practice

she has noticed that the kidney governs reproduction and is the root of the Thoroughfare Vessel and Conception Meridian

and has formed a complete set of sequential therapies

i.e

pre-pregnancy intervention and miscarriage prevention after pregnancy

prevention before disease onset and soothing the liver to relieve Qi stagnation throughout the treatment. Professor Xiao’s diagnosis and treatment ideas for preventing and treating habitual miscarriages and medication experience are introduced in combination with clinical cases.
