摘要

输卵管积水是输卵管远端阻塞伴管腔扩张并充满液体的一种输卵管疾病。以女子不孕、少腹痛、带下异常为主要临床表现。肖承悰教授认为输卵管积水可归属于中医“肠覃”的范畴。素体气血不旺、七情内伤、久病冲任虚衰是该病常见病因。基本病机为肝郁脾虚、痰瘀互结。肖教授认为肝脾同调、痰瘀共治为治疗总法，用药当以和为贵，同时应心身共疗、以情胜情。运用新当归芍药散治疗输卵管积水取得了较好的疗效。结合临床病案对肖教授治疗输卵管积水的诊疗思路及用药经验进行介绍。

Abstract

Hydrosalpinx refers to fluid-filled distension of the fallopian tubes in the presence of distal tubal occlusion

characterized by female infertility

lesser abdominal pain and abnormal leucorrhea. Professor Xiao Chengzong believes that hydrosalpinx may fall into the category of "

Chang Tan

" in traditional Chinese medicine. The common causes of this disease are deficiency of Qi and blood

internal injury of seven emotions

and debilitation of Thoroughfare Vessel and the Ren Meridian due to enduring illnesses. Its basic pathogenesis is liver depression and spleen deficiency

interwound phlegm and blood stasis. Professor Xiao believes that simultaneous regulation of the liver and spleen and treatment of both phlegm and blood stasis are the general therapeutic method

and in medication

harmony is the most valued thing. At the same time

both the mind and body should be treated together. New Danggui Shaoyao Powder has achieved good curative efficacy in treating hydrosalpinx. Combined with clinical medical records

this paper introduces Professor Xiao’s diagnosis and treatment ideas and medication experience in treating hydrosalpinx.
