摘要

象思维是中医学的基本思维方式之一。通过梳理象与象思维的概念，深入理解中医学的思维方式与象思维的关系。从象思维角度认识厥阴病蛔象，厥阴病本质为寒热错杂、风气内动之象。支气管哮喘在发生发展过程中，常表现为厥阴病证候。哮喘具有反复发作性、诱发多样性、时间节律性、季节性、可逆性等临床特点，从象思维角度进行探究，与厥阴病蛔象相近。从乌梅丸组方特点及临床运用、乌梅丸治疗支气管哮喘的作用机制等方面对应用乌梅丸治疗支气管哮喘进行探讨。结合典型病例对应用乌梅丸治疗支气管哮喘的诊疗思路与用药经验进行介绍。

Abstract

Image thinking is one of the basic thinking modes in traditional Chinese medicine. By combing the concepts of image and image thinking

we aimed to deeply understand the relationship between the thinking mode of traditional Chinese medicine and image thinking. We recognize the ascarid appearance of Jueyin disease from the perspective of image thinking

and the essence of Jueyin disease is the mixture of cold and heat

and the internal movement of wind and Qi. In the process of occurrence and development of bronchial asthma

it is often manifested as the pattern and manifestations of Jueyin disease. Bronchial asthma is clinically characterized by relapsed attacks

diverse triggering factors

time rhythm

seasonality

reversability

etc. From the perspective of image thinking

bronchial asthma resembles Jueyin disease. This paper discusses the treatment of bronchial asthma with Wumei Pill from the aspects of its composition characteristics

clinical application and its mechanism of action. Combined with typical cases

the diagnosis and treatment ideas and medication experience of Wumei Pill in treating bronchial asthma are introduced.
