摘要

赵文魁，出身中医世家，临床经验丰富。从脏腑气机、贵在调达，攻邪扶正、因势利导，治病求本、先辨虚实，温病治法、宣透达邪4个方面介绍赵老的中医学术思想。结合阴虚肝郁胁痛案等6则医案，对其临床经验进行介绍。

Abstract

Zhao Wenkui

born in a long-established TCM family

has extensive clinical experience. This article presents Master Zhao’s academic thoughts from the following four aspects: adjusting and balancing the flow of Qi movement; eliminating the pathogenic Qi while strengthening the healthy Qi; first distinguishing between deficiency and excess to figure out the fundamental cause of diseases; out-thrusting pathogenic Qi in warm febrile diseases. The article also introduces the above-mentioned academic thoughts through six case reports

for example

a Yin deficiency case with liver stagnation and hypochondriac pain.
