摘要

中药热奄包又称中药热敷法，是将加热好的中药药包置于身体的患病部位或是身体的某一个特定位置(如穴位上)以达到治疗目的的一种疗法，是具有中医特色的外治法。中药热奄包的发展历史悠久，具体治疗形式多样，诊治范围广泛，涉及内外妇儿等多个领域，是一种确有疗效的中医外治法。通过对相关古代文献、现代文献进行梳理，分别从萌芽阶段、发展阶段、丰富阶段、成熟阶段、完善阶段等探究热奄包的历史沿革，并与现代类似治法进行比较，对现代研究中热奄包的使用方法以及适用病种进行总结和讨论。溯本求源，探究中药热奄包的演变规律，以促进临床热奄包的发展和完善，使热奄包更好地应用于临床，进一步促进中医药外治技术的发展。

Abstract

Traditional Chinese medicine heat packages

also known as Chinese herbal heat compresses

are heated herbal packs placed on a diseased part of the body or a specific location on the body (such as an acupuncture point) to achieve a therapeutic purpose. It is an external treatment with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine. It has a long history of development

with a wide range of specific forms of treatment and a wide scope of diagnosis and treatment

covering a wide range of fields including internal medicine and surgery

gynecology

and pediatrics

and is a truly effective method of external treatment in traditional Chinese medicine. Through a review of the relevant ancient and modern literature

we aimed to explore the historical development of the Chinese medicine heat packages from its infancy

development

enrichment

maturity and perfection stages

and to compare it with similar modern treatments

and summarize and discuss the usage of the traditional Chinese medicine heat packages and the types of diseases to which it is clinically applicable in modern research. The aim was to trace the origin and explore the evolution of traditional Chinese medicine hot packages

to promote its development and perfection

to enable better application

and to further promote the development of Chinese medicine external treatment techniques.
