摘要

中医体质学已取得长足的发展，“体质可调论”是中医体质学的三大关键科学问题之一。基于循证医学理念，从研究对象的选择、体质调护方案的制定和实施、结局指标选择、研究类型选择四个方面，阐述评价中医体质调护方案效果的相关临床研究设计应注意的要点，以期为客观、科学、全面地评价中医体质调护方案的干预效果和安全性提供参考，促进中医体质学向国际化发展。

Abstract

The theory of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Constitutions has made considerable progress in the past decades. Belonging to one of its three key scientific issues is "Adjustability of TCM Constitutions" . Using evidence-based medicine approaches

this article explored the keypoints that should be paid attention to in the clinical research for evaluating the effectiveness of TCM constitutional adjustment regimens from the following aspects: participants selection

design and implementation of the regimens

selection of indicators

and selection of research types. The aim is to provide a basis for the objective

scientific and comprehensive evaluation of the intervention efficacy and safety of the TCM constitution regimens

and to promote the international development of the theory of TCM constitutions.
