摘要

药对是组成方剂的最小固定配伍形式，具有协同增效，减少毒性和不良反应的效果。黄芩-栀子是清热泻火解毒的代表性药对，临床应用广泛。黄芩与栀子单独运用均具有清热泻火的功效，二者配伍使用，具有泻火宁心、清热泻肺、解毒护脑的功效，能够多途径泻火散热，清彻上焦火热。本文系统梳理历代文献中关于黄芩与栀子配伍运用治疗上焦病的实例，综合分析黄芩-栀子药对配伍相须为用的理论基础，以期拓展黄芩-栀子药对的临证运用范围，为药对的配伍研究提供思路。

Abstract

Drug pairs are the minimum fixed combination unit of the composition of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) formulas

which can play a synergistic effect

reduce toxicity and side effects.Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae) and Zhizi (Fructus Gardeniae) are one of the representative drug pairs for clearing heat

purging fire and removing toxin

which are widely used in clinical scenarios.Each of the herbal ingredients used alone has the effect of clearing heat and draining fire

and combination of the two can drain fire and calm the heart

clear heat and purge the lung

remove toxin and protect the brain. In these ways

fire and heat in the upper

jiao

can be completely relmoved. In this paper

we systematically reviewed the cases of the combination of Huangqi and Zhizi in the treatment of upper

jiao

disorders

comprehensively analyzed the theoretical basis of the herbal pair

in order to expand the scope of its clinical application

and provide ideas for the study of drug pairs of traditional Chinese medicine.
