摘要

目的

观察针刺治疗手足综合征(hand-foot syndrome，HFS)的临床疗效。

方法

选取HFS患者20例，给予患者教育、穴位针刺(双侧)治疗3周。采用自身前后对照的研究方法，观察治疗前后的HFS疗效和分级、HFS症状评分、生活质量评分和安全性。

结果

治疗3周后，20例中治愈2例，有效12例，总有效14例，总有效率为70 %。HFS症状评分治疗后与治疗前比较，麻木感、针刺感、感觉迟钝、烧灼感、疼痛感、红斑、脱屑、色素沉着、肿胀评分均明显下降(

0.05)；EORTC QLQ-C30评分治疗后与治疗前比较，躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能、疲倦、疼痛、食欲减退、总体生命质量维度评分均明显提高(

0.05)。治疗中未出现严重不良反应。

结论

针刺治疗HFS有较好的临床疗效。

Abstract

Objective

To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of hand-foot syndrome (HFS).

Methods

20 patients with HFS were selected and given patient education and acupuncture (bilateral) for 3 weeks. Their efficacy and grading of HFS

HFS symptom scores

quality of life scores and safety were observed before and after treatment.

Results

After 3 weeks of treatment

2 cases were cured

12 cases were effective

and the total effective rate was 70%. After treatment

Conclusion

Acupuncture has a good clinical effect on HFS.
