摘要

甲状腺癌术后患者多需长期进行甲状腺激素替代治疗，通过抑制促甲状腺激素(TSH)的分泌，从而起到抑制肿瘤复发转移的作用。但过量使用甲状腺激素又会导致亚临床甲亢，并出现相关如心慌、汗出、失眠以及腰背关节疼痛等的临床表现。中医认为，“少火生气”“壮火食气”，二者与甲状腺癌术后骨质疏松相关症状的发生密切相关。因此，本文基于《内经》“少火”“壮火”理论探讨甲状腺癌术后骨质疏松的发生机理。

Abstract

Patients after thyroid cancer surgeries need long-term thyroid hormone replacement therapy

which can prevent tumor recurrence and metastasis by inhibiting the secretion of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH). However

excessive use of thyroid hormone will lead to subclinical hyperthyroidism

and related clinical manifestations such as palpitation

sweating

insomnia and pain in waist and back joints. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that "moderate fire generates qi" and "hyperactive fire consumes qi"

which are closely related to the occurrence of symptoms related to osteoporosis after thyroid cancer surgeries. Therefore

this paper discusses the mechanism of osteoporosis after thyroid cancer surgeries based on the theories of "moderate fire" and "hyperactive fire" proposed in

Huangdi Neijing
