摘要

目的从临床上探讨和总结中西医结合治疗川崎病的规律。方法纳入符合诊断标准的病例

分析临床表现特点

采用卫气营血辨证并配合西药阿斯匹林、丙种球蛋白等综合治疗。结果30例全部治愈

体温降至正常平均时间为(6.5±2.5)d

平均住院日为(21.4±4.5)d。结论中西医结合治疗川崎病疗效肯定

可减少心血管并发症。

Abstract

Objective To discuss and summarize the laws of treatment of Kawasaki disease with integrated medicine of Chinese and Western in clinic.Method The cases accorded with the diagnosis standard were brought into the study.The characteristics of clinical symptoms in these cases were analyzed.The syndrome differentiation of Wei

Ying and Xue of TCM was given to the cases

which then treated with aspirin and gamma globulin.Result All 30 cases were cured.The average time of body temperature inducing to the normal was（6.5±2.5）days and the average hospitalized period was（21.4±4.5）days.Conclusion Treatment of Kawasaki disease with integrated medicine of Chinese and Western has reliable curative effect

which can reduce cardiovascular complications.
