signs and laboratory indexes were relieved or changed in the patients after the treatment with significant difference compared with those before the treatment.There was significant difference in the comparison of D-dimer （DD）

fibrin degradation products（FDP）

antithrombin-Ⅲ（AT-Ⅲ）and tissue type plasminogen activator activity（t-PA）before and after the treatment（P<0.05）.Conclusion Bushenqiangdu Formula can relieve the symptoms or signs including arthralgia

occiput wall distance

Schober’s sign

especially the syndrome of blood stasis in the patients with ankylosing spondylitis.
