Objective To observe the curative effect of Xinnaoliantong Capsules combined with Western drugs on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease（CHD）.Method The patients with angina pectoris of CHD（n=72）were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine Western drugs and treatment group was treated with Xinnaoliantong Capsules on the base of routine Western drugs.After 4 weeks the curative effects were observed in two groups.Result The curative effects on blood-stasis syndrome and angina pectoris were better

and the dosage of sublingual nitroglycerin was reduced in the treatment group than those in the control group.Conclusion The therapy of Xinnaoliantong Capsules combined with Western drugs for treating angina pectoris of CHD is better than the simple therapy of Western drugs.
