Objective To observe the curative effect of Taixian Soluble Granules on erosive oral lichen planus （OLP）. Method All erosive OLP patients （n=30） were divided into the treatment group （n=18） treated with Taixian Soluble Granules and Jinhoujian Spray

and control group （n=12） treated with levomisole and Jinhoujian Spray. The therapeutic course was 2 months. The curative effect in clinic and curative effect to TCM syndrome manifestations were observed. Result The total effective rate of curative effect in clinic was better slightly in the treatment group than that in the control group

but the curative effect to TCM syndrome manifestations was much better in the treatment group than that in the control group. There were no adverse reactions observed in the treatment group. Conclusion Taixian Soluble Granules can relieve the clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome manifestations of erosive OLP effectively.
