The acupoint temperature and distribution laws of temperature difference（TD） in human body under different states

and the relationship between them and diseases were studied.After retrieving and summarizing 34 papers about acupoint temperature and TD from the China Journal Full-Test Database（CNKI）

the author found that the distribution of acupoint temperature had some regularity in human body under physical state

such as the nearer to head and body the acupoints were

the higher acupoint temperature was

showing a centripetal increase trend.Different acupoints had different TD between the left side and right side.Under pathological state

the manifestations of acupoint temperature and TD were different

showing higher or lower

but mainly higher.Different diseases had different amplitudes of increase or decrease.
