目的 探讨邹燕勤教授治疗免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A
IgA)肾病的学术特色及用药规律。方法 收集和整理邹教授治疗IgA肾病患者的病历资料
共筛选出76首处方。将整理后的IgA肾病病例信息录入中医传承辅助系统。对常用中药进行频次统计。基于关联规则分析治疗组方规律。基于复杂系统熵聚类算法提出核心药物组合。通过“无监督熵层次聚类”进行新方分析
提取新方组合。结果 在76首处方中
共统计出123味中药
使用频次超过40次的药物有13味
其中黄芪的使用频次最高
高达70次。常用中药以寒性为主
共614次。常用中药以甘味使用最多
共1 054次。肝经用药频次最高
共853次。基于关联规则分析组方规律
关联系数较高的8组为:“甘草→黄芪”“茯苓→黄芪”“薏苡仁→黄芪”“僵蚕→黄芪”“黄芪→僵蚕”“石韦→黄芪”“牛蒡子→黄芪”“黄蜀葵花→黄芪”。基于复杂系统熵聚类
得出3味药一组的核心药物组合13组。基于无监督的熵层次聚类算法
提取出3个用于新方聚类新药物核心组合
进而演化出3首新处方。邹教授治疗IgA肾病的学术经验主要为明断病位
分肺脾肾;明辨病性
扶正祛邪;明析病程
久病从瘀。结论 通过对邹教授治疗IgA肾病病历资料进行数据挖掘
结合邹教授学术特色分析
总结其治疗IgA肾病的用药规律和临床经验。
Objective To analyze the academic character and medication rules of Professor Yanqin Zou in treating immunoglobulin A (IgA) nephrology.Methods Using Chinese medicine heritage platform software
we collected and analyzed 76 IgA nephrology cases treated by Prof.Zou.Frequency statistics were used for single-agent drugs
and association rule was used to analyze pharmaceutic rules.Core drug combinations were extracted based on complex system entropy clustering and candidate new prescriptions were obtained based on unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering.Results Among the 76 prescriptions
a total of 123 drugs were used
13 of which were used more than 40 times.Huangqi (Radix Astragali)was the most frequently used medicinal
with its frequency up to 70 times.The frequently-used medicinals were mainly cold in nature
614 times in total.Among the frequently-used medicinals
sweet flavor is the most commonly used herb flavour
with a total of 1 054 times.Medicinals attributive to the Liver Meridian were the most frequent
up to 853 times.According to association rule data mining method
8 groups with higher correlation coefficient were “Gancao (Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae) plus Huangqi(Radix Astragali)”
“Fulin(Poria)→Huangqi(Radix Astragali)”
“Yiyiren(Semen Coicis)→Huangqi(Radix Astragali)”
“Jiangchan(Bombyx Batryticatus)→Huangqi(Radix Astragali)”

the nature of disease was analyzed
which aimed to strengthen the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors.Finally the course of the disease was analyzed.Activating blood circulation was used for diseases with long durations.Conclusions Through combining the data mining of medical records together with the introduction of academic characteristics
we summarized the experience of Prof.Zou in the treatment of IgA nephropathy. Abstract
