摘要

以升提大气法为主要治法治疗心系疾病的研究文献少见。刘玉洁教授通过对“大气”与“升提大气”的古今文献予以探究，发现心系疾病以大气虚损为主，提出治疗上当以升提大气为第一要务的新思路。方用升陷汤为基础方，化裁治之。文中对刘玉洁教授运用升提大气法治疗缓慢性心律失常等4种心系疾病的经验，分别进行了具体阐述，并结合临床病案予以验证。

Abstract

With regard to treatment of heart disease by ascending and lifting the Qi

there are few literatures available. Professor Liu Yujie explored the ancient and modern literature of " great Qi" and " ascending and elevating the Qi"

and found that the heart diseases were mainly caused by the deficiency and impairment of great Qi

and thus proposed a new idea that ascending and elevating the great Qi should be the first priority in the treatment. In terms of treatment

the prescription is based on ShengxianDecoction. In this paper

Professor Liu Yujie’s experience in treating four kinds of heart diseases

such as bradyarrhythmia

is described in detail

and verified with clinical medical records.
