摘要

目的

观察疏风温肺止咳方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘寒饮伏肺证的临床疗效。

方法

60例均为2018年12月—2019年12月在北京中医药大学东方医院呼吸热病科咳嗽专病门诊就诊的咳嗽变异性哮喘寒饮伏肺证患者，以疏风温肺止咳方口服治疗的30例作为治疗组，以同期选用孟鲁司特钠口服治疗的30例为对照组，采用回顾性分析方法，观察临床疗效，止咳起效时间、咳嗽缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间，咳嗽缓解率、咳嗽消失率、咳嗽复发率，咳嗽症状积分、咳嗽视觉模拟评分、中医证候积分，生活质量评分。

结果

治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(

0.05)。治疗组止咳起效时间、咳嗽缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间均较对照组缩短(

0.05)。治疗组咳嗽缓解率、咳嗽消失率均高于对照组，咳嗽复发率低于对照组(

0.05)。2组咳嗽症状积分、咳嗽视觉模拟评分、中医证候积分治疗后较本组治疗前均降低(

0.05) ，治疗组咳嗽症状积分、咳嗽视觉模拟评分、中医证候积分较对照组降低明显(

0.05)。2组生理状况、心理健康状况、社会功能评分及生活质量评分总分治疗后较本组治疗前均升高(

0.05)，治疗组生理状况、心理健康状况、社会功能评分及生活质量评分总分较对照组升高明显(

0.05)。

结论

疏风温肺止咳方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘寒饮伏肺证具有较好疗效。

Abstract

Objective

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shufeng Wenfei Cough-relieving Formula on cough variant asthma of cold fluid retained in the lung pattern.

Methods

Sixty patients with cough variant asthma of cold fluid retained in the lung pattern were selected from the Respiratory Cough Expert Outpatient at Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2019. Thirty patients treated with Shufeng Wenfei Cough-relieving Formula were assigned to the treatment group

while 30 patients treated with Montelukast were assigned to the control group. The clinical efficacy

TCM syndrome score and life quality score were retrospectively analyzed.

Results

The clinical efficacy was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group (

0.05).The cough onset time

cough relief time and cough disappearance time were all significantly shorter in the treatment group than in the control group (

0.05).The cough relief rate and cough disappearance rate were both significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (

0.05). Cough recurrence rate was lower in the treatment group than in the control group (

0.05). Cough symptom score

cough visual analogue scale (VAS) and TCM syndrome score were all decreased significantly after treatment in both groups (

0.05)

with a lower score in the treatment group than in the control group (

0.05). Physical status

mental health status

social function score and total life quality score were all decreased significantly after treatment (

0.05)

with a lower score in the treatment group than in the control group (

0.05).

Conclusions

Shufeng Wenfei Cough-relieving Formula has good effect in the treatment of cough variant asthma of cold fluid retained in the lung pattern.
