摘要

缺铁性贫血是老龄人群最常见的贫血类型。导致缺铁性贫血的主要原因是铁元素的摄入不足与吸收障碍以及丢失过多，针对上述病因进行早期干预，在一定程度上能够避免老龄缺铁性贫血的发生与进展。在国家中医药管理局《中医治未病实践指南：老年人缺铁性贫血高危人群》项目资助下，经前期临床调研、组织行业专家反复讨论与论证，形成老龄缺铁性贫血高危人群社区中医药防治专家共识。专家共识确定了老龄缺铁性贫血高危人群的定义，从背景、定义、筛查、诊断、管理、预防、治疗等方面详细论述了老龄缺铁性贫血的相关问题，共识的推出将有助于提高对老龄缺铁性贫血及其高危人群的社会与医疗关注，培育老龄人群自我评估与预防意识，强化社区医疗点规范检测行为，提高老龄缺铁性贫血社区中医药防治水平，从而改善老龄人群健康水平、提高生存质量。

Abstract

Iron deficiency anemia (IDA) is the most common type of anemia in the elderly. The main reasons for IDA are insufficient intake of iron

absorption disorder and an excessive loss. Early intervention for the above causes can prevent the occurrence and progress of IDA in the elderly to a certain extent. Funded by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine project of "Practical Guidelines for Treatment of Pre-treatment in Traditional Chinese Medicine: Seniors at High Risk of Iron Deficiency Anemia"

through pre-clinical investigations

repeated discussions and demonstrations of experts

a community TCM expert consensus for the elderly at high risk of IDA has been formed. The expert consensus has determined the definition of IDA high-risk groups for the elderly

and the issues related to IDA for the elderly have been discussed in detail in terms of background

definition

screening

diagnosis

management

prevention

and treatment. The introduction of the consensus will improve the social and medical concerns in IDA elders and the elderly with high risk

cultivate self-assessment and prevention awareness of the elderly

strengthen standardized testing behaviors at community medical points

and improve the prevention and treatment level of traditional Chinese medicine in IDA communities for the elderly

thereby improving the health of the elderly and improving the quality of life.
