银屑病是一种常见并易复发的慢性炎症性皮肤病。中医药治疗银屑病的主要优势在于改善机体的内环境,从调控相关细胞如角质形成细胞、树突状细胞、巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞、肥大细胞、自然杀伤细胞的数量,以及改善异常的T淋巴细胞亚群间的平衡、抑制银屑病患者血清中相关炎性细胞因子的分泌等方面进行详细论述,为银屑病的靶点治疗提供新思路,更准确地指导临床实践。
Psoriasis is a common and recurrent chronic inflammatory skin disease. The main advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of psoriasis lies in improving the internal environment of the body. This paper details regulating the number of related cells such as keratinocytes
dendritic cells
macrophages
neutrophils
mast cells
natural killer cells
improving the balance between abnormal T lymphocyte subsets
and inhibiting the secretion of serum related inflammatory cytokines. It provides new ideas for the target treatment of psoriasis and guides clinical practice more accurately.
