摘要

胰腺癌是发生于胰腺外分泌腺体的恶性肿瘤，早期诊断困难，致死率极高。中医治疗胰腺癌具有独特优势，脾胰同源为多数医家所认可，结合胰腺癌患者的常见症状，多认为脾虚湿滞是胰腺癌发生的根本原因，肝郁气滞、血瘀则是胰腺癌发展变化的基础。在胰腺癌的辨治中，应以健脾祛湿为基本治法，将健脾祛湿贯穿治疗始末，同时兼顾疏肝散结、活血化瘀，最终改善患者生活质量，延长患者生存期。结合临床病案，对健脾祛湿法在胰腺癌辨治中的应用进行介绍。

Abstract

Pancreatic cancer is a malignant tumor that occurs in the exocrine glands of the pancreas. It is difficult to diagnose early and has a high mortality rate. Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in treating pancreatic cancer. The homogeny of the spleen and pancreas is recognized by most TCM physicians. Due to common symptoms of pancreatic cancer patients

it is often considered that spleen-Qi deficiency and dampness stagnation are the root causes of pancreatic cancer

and liver depression and Qi stagnation and blood stasis are factors that may contribute to the development of pancreatic cancer. In the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer

the method of invigorating the spleen and dispelling dampness are supposed to be the fundemental therepeutic method and should run from the very beginning to the end of treatment through the whole process. At the same time

attention should also be given to soothing the liver and dispersing masses

promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis

and ultimately improving the quality of life of patients and prolonging the survival time of patients. Combined with clinical cases

the application of invigorating the spleen and dispelling dampness in the treatment of pancreatic cancer is introduced.
