摘要

痛风是一类由饮酒、高嘌呤饮食、突然受凉和剧烈运动等因素诱发局部关节炎症反应及组织破坏的代谢性风湿病。痛风属于中医“痛风病”范畴，以“脾病而四肢不用”为发病根本，是因多食肥甘膏粱酒酪之品，起居无常，劳作无度，脾胃受损，湿热、痰火、浊瘀流注脉络，或形气虚涉冷受湿遇凉，风寒湿邪客于经络血脉，致脉道不利，留滞于关节，引起四肢骨节走注疼痛。故以调和脾胃为根本，运用中药及针刺五输穴分经随证辨治使肢节诸痛得解。

Abstract

Acute gout is a kind of metabolic rheumatism that induces local joint inflammation and tissue destruction by factors such as drinking

high-purine diet

sudden cold and strenuous exercise. Its mechanism can be described with the theory of "spleen diseases leading to limb disorders" . Acute gout belongs to the category of

Tongfeng Bing

in traditional Chinese medicine. It is caused by the overconsumption of fatty

sweet

heavy

and alcoholic foods and drinks

irregular lifestyle

excessive work or sports

which lead to dysfunction of spleen and stomach

and damp

heat

phlegm

fire

and stasis blocking meridians. In addition

the joint pain is also caused by wind

cold and dampness invading the meridians and vessels

resulting in the blockages. Therefore

it is suggested to apply acupuncture at the five transport acupoints and traditional herbal medicine to dredge the meridians based on reconciling the spleen and stomach

so as to relieve the pain in the limbs.
