目的

观察外用生肌玉红膏对犬咬伤III级暴露创面愈合的促进作用。
方法
2
采用随机数字表法将入组患者随机分为治疗组20例、对照组20例。2组均以生理盐水、双氧水、碘伏常规换药,治疗组将生肌玉红膏涂于无菌纱条上,置于伤口中引流。对照组用无菌纱条置于伤口中引流。观察创面渗出液相关因子、创面愈合范围、创面愈合时间、自觉疼痛评分(VAS)。
结果

2组创面渗出液肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1(IL-1)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)比较,治疗后较治疗前均降低,差异有统计学意义(

0.05),治疗组较对照组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(

0.05);2组血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)、转化生长因子α(TGF-α)比较,治疗后较治疗前均升高,差异有统计学意义(

0.05);2组血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)比较,治疗后较治疗前均升高,差异有统计学意义(

结论

生肌玉红膏可有效抑制犬咬伤III级暴露创面微环境中的炎症因子,并提高相关生长因子活性,对创面愈合范围、愈合时间、疼痛指标等均有明显改善作用。
Objective

To observe the effect of Shengji Yuhong Ointment on promoting healing by regulating the micro-environment of grade III exposed wounds of dog bites.
Methods

The enrolled patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (20 cases) and control group (20 cases) by the random number table method. Normal saline
hydrogen peroxide and iodoprene were used for routine dressing change in both groups. Shengji Yuhong Ointment was applied on sterile gauze in the treatment group and then placed onto the wounds for drainage. This was done with sterile gauze only in the control group. Wound exudation-related factors

time needed for healing and perceived pain score (VAS) were observed.

Tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α)
interleukin-1 (IL-1) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were compared between the two groups. After treatment

Conclusion

Shengji Yuhong Ointment can effectively inhibit inflammatory factors in the wound microenvironment of grade III exposed dog bite wounds
improve the activity of related growth factors
and significantly improve the healing range
reduce the time needed and lower pain indexes of the wounds.
