摘要

目的　评价电针治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效。方法　将 6 2例临床诊断为广泛性焦虑症的患者

随机分为电针组 (治疗组 )和美抒玉药物组 (对照组 )

治疗 6周

于治疗前、治疗过程中第 2、4、6周末分别采用哈密顿焦虑量表 (HAMA)、焦虑自评量表 (SAS)、抑郁自评量表 (SDS)进行疗效评定。结果　电针组显效率为 6 6 %

药物组显效率为 5 9%。结论　电针治疗广泛性焦虑症有明显疗效

且见效较美抒玉稍快

安全、舒适、无副反应。

Abstract

Objective The clinical effects of the treatment of comprehensive anxiety neurosis （CAN） with electric acupuncture and trazodone were evaluated. Method Sixty-two cases met CCMD-Ⅲ criteria for CAN were divided into two groups randomly

which were electric acupuncture group and trazodone group. They were treated separately for six weeks. At the end of 2nd

4th and 6th week the cases were evaluated with HAMA

SAS and SDS respectively. Result The marked effective rate of electric acupuncture group was 66% and trazodone group

59%. Conclusion Electric Acupuncture had obvious effect on CAN. Its effect was produced more quickly than that of trazodone. It was safe

comfortable for patients without the side effects.
