摘要

目的　阐明微量元素锌的多种生理功能及其与肺脾气虚型反复呼吸道感染发病的关系。方法　选择 194例反复呼吸道感染患儿

采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪 (ICP AES)

检测发锌水平。结果　 181例 (93 2 9%)锌值低下

其中 10 2例细胞免疫功能低下

76例体液免疫指标不正常。结论　缺锌与酶代谢紊乱、免疫功能低下及呼吸道粘膜防御机制降低有关

是小儿反复呼吸道感染发病的直接原因之一。

Abstract

Objective The physiological multi-function of zinc-one of trace elements and the relationship between zinc and infantile repeated respiratory infection of type of deficiency of lung-spleen qi were clarified. Method 194 cases of repeated respiratory infection were chosen. Their hair zinc levels were checked with ICP-AES. Result 181 cases （93.29%） appeared lower zinc level

among them the immunities of 102 cases were low

the humeral immunity indexes of 76 cases were abnormal. Conclusion The lack of zinc was related with disorder of enzyme metabolism

low immunity and debased defensive mechanism of respiratory mucous membrane. Lack of zinc was also the direct pathogen resulting in infantile repeated respiratory infection.
